What video files are supported?

What file types can my videos be uploaded in?

To upload videos to Identity Cloak we recommend them to be either mp4 format or avi format.

You may find that other file types work, however, we currently test on file formats of mp4 and avi. 

If you are unable to export your video into mp4 or avi and are having any issue with the video being imported, please use our screen recorder.
