      What are the accessibility features of Facit Identity Cloak?

      In order to provide an inclusive experience for Identity Cloak users worldwide, Facit is continuously working towards improving its UI and functional features with accessibility as a core design principle.

      Below is a list of existing features to cater for accessible needs of our users. 


      1.VISUAL 

      Scale 


      • Font size:
        • The user may change the display font size to their preference by adjusting the Windows accessibility Text features. We also provide our customers with information on how to utilize their Windows accessibility tools and settings that users can take advantage of and adjust to their own needs and preferences for reading text.
      • Screen Size:
        •   The user can change the Screen Size as required using Windows Display Settings
      • High-contrast
        • All buttons are high contrast to ensure quick access to features.
      • Text Alignment:
        • All text is Left-aligned for ease of readability 

      2. COGNITIVE

      • Allow users control to adjust the video playback speed. 
      • A logical Sequence to the Application workflow. 
      • Minimal motion/animation at the application level
      • Identity Cloak application uses the simplest language possible for instructions, form inputs and outputs and, where possible, we supplement it with videos and detailed instructions in the knowledge base. Users are able to access the knowledge base through the application interface. 
      • Keyboard shortcuts to move between Video Frames to allow users to complete a task at their own pace.
