      Activate an offline licence key?

      If you have paid for an offline licence key, please follow these steps to activate your licence.

      1. Select "Already have a License".MicrosoftTeams-image (3)-2
      2. After clicking, "Already have a license" you will have a screen with two different options: 
        1. Licence key
        2. Offline Licence key
      3. Select "Offline Licence key"MicrosoftTeams-image (5)-2
      4. You will need to copy and paste the Product Key and send it to your Customer Success ManagerMicrosoftTeams-image (7)
      5. Once you have received the Licence Key from your Customer Success Manager, please copy and paste this into the box below the Product KeyMicrosoftTeams-image (7)-1
