This guide will take you through how to install the ACAP software on your AXIS camera.
Once you have downloaded the ACAP software, you will need to install it on your AXIS camera. In your AXIS camera portal, select "Apps" from the left hand menu, and then "Add App" using the plus icon, as shown below.
This will then open a window named "Install an App" which is shown below
You can now drag the EAP file which you have downloaded into the upload box, or alternatively you can click the upload box if you prefer to browse to locate the file. Whichever method you choose, you then need to click on the “Install” button to install the app.
Once installed, you will see our app in the dashboard as below. Click the Start toggle to start up the app on your camera. Once you have started the app, click Open to access the app’s user interface.
