Once you have completed your redactions you will need to export your case to be able to send it on.
There are a number of ways for you to export the documents and files within your case, whether you need to export all the files, or individual ones to start off with. You can also export your unreacted documents so you have reference to why these weren't included.
All documents
If you wish to export all your documents:
- In the righthand corner on the task bar, there are three buttons, click the "Export All".
- Decide if you want to export your comments with your document, and click the relevant option from the pop-up window.
- Your document will now export as a PDF and you will find it within the Export folder within the case folder
Set pages
You can choose to export individual documents by:
- Select the document you want from the document list panel
- In the righthand corner on the task bar, there are three buttons, click the "Export Selected"
- Decide if you want to export your comments with your document, and click the relevant option from the pop-up window
- Your document will now export as a PDF and you will find it within the Export folder within the case folder
Unredacted pages
You can choose to export all your unreacted documents by:
- In the righthand corner on the task bar, there are three buttons, click the "Export All Unreacted"
- Your document will now export as a PDF and you will find it within the Export folder within the case folder
