# How to crop a video

## To improve accuracy in busy footage, use this feature to select only the region containing the person(s) of interest. The exported video will display only the selected regions, keeping your focus precise and relevant.

### **How to Crop a Video**

1. Import Your Video
2. Navigate to the desired point in the timeline and click **Crop** to activate the crop region.
3. You can **resize the crop area** by dragging the edges of the region box.  
   A **red dot** now appears on the timeline, indicating the exact position of the crop region. This helps you fine-tune and align your selection with greater accuracy.
4. Move along the timeline and insert **multiple crop regions** to follow your person(s) of interest throughout the video. Each crop region will be represented by a **red dot** on the timeline for easy reference.
5. **Proceed with Redaction:** Once your crop regions are set, click **Next** to continue to the **Track and Adjust** steps and complete your redaction process.

> **Delete Crop Regions:** To remove all crop regions, click the **Crop** button again.  
> This will **clear all selected regions** from your video.
