To improve accuracy in busy footage, use this feature to select only the region containing the person(s) of interest. The exported video will display only the selected regions, keeping your focus precise and relevant.
How to Crop a Video
- Import Your Video
- Navigate to the desired point in the timeline and click Crop to activate the crop region.
- You can resize the crop area by dragging the edges of the region box.
A red dot now appears on the timeline, indicating the exact position of the crop region. This helps you fine-tune and align your selection with greater accuracy. - Move along the timeline and insert multiple crop regions to follow your person(s) of interest throughout the video. Each crop region will be represented by a red dot on the timeline for easy reference.
- Proceed with Redaction: Once your crop regions are set, click Next to continue to the Track and Adjust steps and complete your redaction process.
Delete Crop Regions: To remove all crop regions, click the Crop button again.
This will clear all selected regions from your video.
