When you upgrade your device or have a change in staff, you may want to move your License Key from one device to another. To do this you will need to contact your Customer Success Manager.
To move your License Key from one device to another will involve some technical work in the background, which has to be done by Facit. To be able to move your License Key please reach out to your Customer Success Manager, who will be happy to assist with this.
Please note that moving License Keys is chargeable, however, we do allow you to move one license key annually free of charge. Your Customer Success Manager will be able to tell you how much the change will cost after this.
Please ensure the device you are moving the License Key to meets the hardware requirements needed to run Identity Cloak.
