      How to update Identity Cloak?

      If you wish to update your Identity Cloak application this guide will take you through the steps.

      Updating your Identity Cloak, is easy however you will need to have Admin rights on your device to be able to complete this. Do not uninstall your previous version of the application.  If you use the Identity Cloak Milestone Plug-in please go to this article to find out how to update.

      1. Download the latest version of Identity Cloak (you should have received the release notes via email and the link will be in there)
      2. Click Install 
        1. You may be asked for Admin login details at this point. If you do not have admin rights on your device you will need to go to your IT team for this. 
      3. Run through the Install wizard 
      4. Open Identity Cloak - it should open on the "Import Page"

      If Identity Cloak is opening on the "Activate Demo Licence"/ "Already Registered?" page then you need to follow the instructions on How to insert a licence key? If you are already a customer.
