Here are the release notes for Identity Cloak version 5.4.3
The standalone version is now 5.4.3.
This new release has solved a lagging bug issue which will enhance the performance of Identity Cloak.

Bug resolved – lagging on keyframes
This bug was causing lagging when using the AI tracking, some of you made have noticed that the cloak also stopped working when this was happening. This has now been resolved, and when you update the platform, you will see that your cloak is now counting as you are tracking someone.

To ensure that you always have the most up-to-date support and videos as well as allow you to search your issue. We have decided to remove the old demo video as it is now out of date as well as provide you with the link to the help centre, where you will always have the most up-to-date documentation including videos.
New Analytics
In the older versions of Identity Cloak, we have been able to see when you export a video and how long the video is and provide you with this information at an account review meeting or if you request this from your Customer Success Manager. In addition to this, the new analytics will allow us to see what time you imported your video which will allow your Customer Success Manager to provide you with the average time it takes to complete a redaction.
