How to import a video?

This article will answer your questions on how to import videos to Identity Cloak, with or without audio, for videos outside of your Milestone XProtect environment

Open the Identity Cloak tab, on the start screen of Identity Cloak, you will see a tick box and three buttons
The tick box allows you to include audio with your video, you will need to tick this if you wish to add audio
Click 'Import Video'
Select the video from your system to upload to Identity Cloak
Click 'Open'
That is your import complete

Top Tips:

Audio only works with import videos and is useful for videos from body cameras for example.
