How to get through your Firewall?

Depending on your company's firewalls, you may find that you are blocked from using Identity Cloak. To gain access you need to ask your IT/ Digital Services team to provide us access.

If you are hitting a firewall please ask your IT or Digital Services team to provide Identity Cloak access. All they need to do is to allow us through your firewall using port 443 using this link (please copy and paste this into your firewall settings) - https://idcloakappserver.facitdatasystems.com.

Please set the rule to the domain name and not to an IP address as there are multiple servers which all have different IP addresses.
