There are two different ways that you can select your video clip. The first is by using the timeline and the second is by using the date and time selector.
Timeline

Select the icon with the square brackets in the bottom left-hand corner

On the timeline move the open square bracket ( [ ) to the point you wish your video to start

On the timeline move the close square bracket ( ] ) to the point you wish to end your clip

Click "Next"
Date and time selector

Select the clock icon in the bottom left-hand corner

On the left calendar select the date and input the time you wish your clip to start

On the right calendar select the date and input the time you wish your clip to end
-
Click "Next"
