Why can I trim on some videos but not others?

Sometimes I can trim and video and other times I can't, why is this?

If you have imported and video that has audio you will not be able to trim the video, this is because Identity Cloak currently only allows you to retain the audio and does not edit it. Due to this, we do not let you trim videos with audio as the picture would be out of sync with the audio.
