The suggested use of this feature is when there is a particular area you wish to cover, I.e., a notice board.  1. Then click ‘New’ again on the right-hand side  3. Go to the main section of the screen where the video and make sure the video is at the start  4. Draw a rectangle around the area you wish to blur  5. Now scroll the timeline to the end of the video  6. Go back to the rectangular area you have just drawn and click in the middle of the box, near the dot in the center 7. Click ‘Next, this will allow you to change the degree of blur on the target  9.
